Delivery and Shipping Policy – Digital Products Only
SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
At Puppicon, we offer two types of products: Physical Products (shipped to your doorstep) and Digital Products (delivered instantly via email/download). Please review the relevant section below.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital products (printable training guides, downloadable resources, care planners, behaviour notes, etc.) are delivered electronically. After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive a download link via email within minutes. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
No physical item will be shipped for digital orders. Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Puppicon proudly offers FREE worldwide shipping on all physical orders. Please note that we require 3 to 5 working days on average to fulfil your order before dispatching it. We are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days. Please note that holidays, natural disasters, or pandemics may impact delivery times. All physical orders ship from the United States.
Shipping Times
Standard Shipping: 1–3 weeks
Fast Shipping: 1–2 weeks
Some distant areas can take a little longer, but we will get it to you. The delivery dates given are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time. Deliveries may occasionally take longer than expected due to an incorrect shipping address, adverse weather conditions, customs clearance procedures, or other unavoidable circumstances.
Please note that import duties and any additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges — these are the buyer's responsibility.
Processing Times
Order processing may take up to 1–4 business days, which includes checking, packing, and sending your order to the post office. After processing, a tracking number will be provided to you via email.
Separate Shipments
When you order multiple physical items, they may be shipped separately so they reach you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may arrive at different times with separate tracking numbers.
ORDER PAYMENT
All customers are charged at the time of purchase. All payments are processed in USD. For orders containing both digital and physical products, you will receive your digital items immediately while physical items follow the standard shipping timeline above.
ORDER CANCELLATION & CHANGES
For physical product orders, we accept cancellation or change requests (quantity, colour, size, or shipping address) within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact us at weatpuppicon@gmail.com. Requests received after 12 hours may not be accepted as orders are processed immediately. If we are able to cancel after the 12-hour window, a 15% cancellation fee will apply to cover production costs already incurred.
For digital product orders, cancellations are accepted only if the download link has not yet been accessed. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, the sale is final.
ORDER TRACKING (Physical Products Only)
Puppicon provides tracking numbers for all physical orders. To receive your tracking number, please email weatpuppicon@gmail.com with the subject line "Tracking Number." It may take 2–3 business days after shipment for tracking information to become available online.
