At Puppicon, we sell both Digital Products and Physical Products. Please review the relevant section below for return and refund guidelines.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital product orders are delivered electronically via an access link sent to your email immediately after successful payment. Please make sure you enter a valid email address at checkout and check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the email within a few minutes.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of digital products, returns or exchanges are not available once the file has been downloaded or accessed. Please review the product details carefully before completing your purchase.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Should you not be satisfied with your physical product for any reason, please do not hesitate to start your return using the link provided. When you begin your return, you will see the option to request an exchange or to simply return the item.
Return Options
Option 1 — Simple Return (Fastest)
Do a simple return with no exchange and purchase the corrected item in a separate transaction that same day. When your product is returned to our office, we will process the first order as a simple refund. Your new corrected item will likely already be at your house waiting for you.
Option 2 — Exchange
Select the exchange option during the return process. Indicate what size, color, or variant you want. Once we receive your item at our office, we will process the refund, create an invoice for the new one, and email it to you so you can complete the purchase. Once payment is received, we will ship out your new item.
Do's and Don'ts for a Smooth Return
✅ Keep your original packaging and use it to send the product back to us.
✅ Ensure the product is returned in the same condition it was shipped to you.
✅ Inspect your item as soon as it arrives and notify us within 30 days if you plan to return it.
✅ Include your paper invoice if you wish to send us a written message along with your return.
⚠️ We reserve the right to send the product back to you at your cost if we determine the return cannot be accepted.
Return Window
You have 30 days to return the product. Returns made after 30 days will incur a 15% restocking fee.
