Return Policy

At Puppicon, we want you to love what you ordered. If you are not satisfied with your physical product for any reason, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Options

Option 1 — Simple Return (Fastest)
Return the item with no exchange and purchase the correct item in a separate transaction. Once we receive your returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Your replacement order can be placed immediately and will likely arrive before your return is even processed.

Option 2 — Exchange
Select the exchange option when initiating your return. Let us know the size, color, or variant you need. Once we receive your item, we will process your refund, create an invoice for the replacement, and email it to you to complete the purchase. We will ship your new item as soon as payment is received.

Do's and Don'ts for a Smooth Return

✅ Keep your original packaging and use it to return the item.
✅ Ensure the product is returned in the same condition it was shipped to you.
✅ Inspect your item immediately upon arrival and notify us within 30 days if you plan to return it.
✅ Include your paper invoice if you wish to include a written note with your return.
⚠️ We reserve the right to return the product to you at your cost if we determine the return cannot be accepted.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns initiated after 30 days will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Timing after that depends on your bank or card issuer.
